Recharge Policy

We understand that customers have many options, but have chosen NIKENKO. We are proud and always aware of our responsibility. For that reason, products are delivered to customers, NIKENKO always ensure that they are original and genuine quality. In case, customers receive a defective product due to the manufacturer or not in accordance with the order, you can completely return it according to the return policy specified by NIKENKO as below:

1. EXCHANGE OR COMPENSATION

- Customers will be exchanged for new items if the product is identified as defective by the manufacturer or during transportation, it is dented, damaged...

- If the product reaches customers which is lacking compared to the ordered order, please respond to NIKENKO within 48 hours (excluding holidays, holidays) from the time the order is delivered.

In the event that customers fail to respond or have received a written record of verification between the carrier and customers, more than 48 hours, NIKENKO will not agree to compensate the product under any conditions.

2. RETURN

- In case the product is different from the description on the website or the price is not in accordance with the purchase agreement, customers have the right to return the product to NIKENKO.

Notes: NIKENKO only agrees to receive and return products to customers within 7 days from the date of receipt provided that: 

1. Products do not show signs of being used, must have the manufacturer's stamp and seal intact and gifts (if any).

2. Customers must present a NIKENKO purchase invoice immediately after responding and proceeding with a return policy.

3. Customers must send the product to be returned to the NIKENKO Company at the address:

5th Floor,  Phuong Long Building, 506 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Ward 4, District 3, HCMC.

4. In cases due to the manufacturer's fault, NIKENKO accepts to return the product within 7 days and does not incur any other shipping costs.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF PRODUCTS ARE NOT APPLIED IN CASE CUSTOMERS DO NOT LIKE PRODUCTS
